Love and forgiveness are ingredients of life we all need. We all have pain. We all have sorrow. We all have doubts. Jesus understands all of this…and the story of Jesus is for EVERYONE.
All this month Gene Appel, lead minister with East Side Christian Church, Anaheim California is leading us as we unpack the life of Jesus through the eyes of those that knew him personally. Together, we can find hope and purpose because HE GETS US.
The Apostle John was very clear on his purpose for writing what he did in the Gospel that bears his name. John says, “…these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.”
So, here’s Gene to share How Jesus Gets Our Hopelessness, from John’s account of how Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead.
