Zeal Without Knowledge - Romans 10:1-4

In this episode we begin **Epistle to the Romans 10:1–4, where the Apostle Paul reveals both his deep love for Israel and the tragedy of misplaced zeal. Paul’s heartfelt desire and prayer is that his fellow Israelites would be saved.Although they possess passion for God, Paul explains that their zeal is not according to true knowledge. Instead of submitting to the righteousness that comes from God, they sought to establish their own righteousness through obedience to the law.Paul then points to the solution found in Christ. Jesus is the end, fulfillment, and goal of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. Through Him, believers receive the righteousness that human effort could never achieve.This passage reminds us that sincerity alone cannot save. True salvation comes not through religious performance, but through faith in Jesus Christ, who perfectly fulfilled the law on our behalf.
